Mind a few nitpicking things I could point out, such as the choice of weapon isn't exactly something a 'amateur' would use. But it's the wasteland. Anything that's sharp or blunt will do, I suppose. Though, I reckon within the IC you should mention she uses a cruder version, maybe some form of sharpened farmer's tool that has a similar design?
