Which means the structural integrity of the facility is pretty damn strong. But with strong flooring comes more weight from the material it's made of. Concrete alone could crumble so it's likely they use flooring specific to their scientific research. Which means it's partly acid resistant and contains heavy duty material for strength. If the material of the flooring is so strong, then the weight itself could really only muster enough for a facility like this to have a maximum of 3 to 5 floors.
