Ken's mechanical arms were indeed tough, able to seemingly withstand tons of force that apply onto it. As he began to head over to there Kamen was, he continues to fire barrage after barrage of plasma energy at him, wanting to weaken the arms as much as he could to render them inoperable. Even as Ken pushed back some debris towards his direction would it be rendered useless as he swiftly dodges it. However, it was almost too close for his likings.

This just made Terror-Wing laugh hysterically. His maniacal laughs once again echo through the alleyway as he suddenly stops firing his plasma weaponry.
