The sheet is good, I just don't feel like the sheet seems. Designed for this particular setting? Like his character could just as well exist in the U.S and not in Japan. Maybe it's the lack of Backstory that's backfiring on me. He is sixteen, did he have time to travel through America before being sent to Japan? What was his credentials to join the NCR, did his father pay his trip to Japan? Elaborate on these things and I'll accept the sheet.

Aaron did not have time to travel though his memories were the mix of two people. A Brotherhood of Steel Squire and a boy with adept knowledge. Aaron's adventures are based off the dead squire, though in the sample post that is the dead squire's perspective. Though, Aaron thinks that he was saved after he was transported to a shack with a fire during his unconscious state.
His skill's in repairing and his knowledge. Though if needed Aaron could easily learn how to become a battle medic since he can quickly get on the top of things. That's how Aaron survive's in the wasteland, even with a pacifistic nature.
No, his father did not pay for the trip. Aaron thought that the trip was free and a synth spy basically had paid cap's for him.
Aaron gain's help of other synth's because he is the only one allowed to have free thinking. ( Aaron help's the Institute gain knowledge of the wasteland without actually knowing it. )
