Hanged has internet issues. My own personal feedback that has no importance what so ever is. First off that's a really cool and in-depth noble arm. Second off, by the nine that is strong af! Such stronk defense and a reasonable form of attack. O.o[sub][s] Saltly cause I think your character is stronker than mine[/s][/sub]
