I sort of assumed Salomea's wish doesn't affect other MG's.  I also didn't think of it as being a 'verbal mind control' wish (like Kyouko's was for her father).  In my mind, the wish is weak and incomplete due to how its phrased, but strong enough to give her the life-improvement she desired.  Maybe it should be stronger considering Salomea's ToF, but that would be up to [@Cleopatra] to decide.  And Kei and Salomea's interaction doesn't necessarily have to be a rude one.
