[@CloseEnough] [@Crossfire] Reese glanced at Eden and then Chase, shaking his heads as he listened to the man, “All I'm saying is that she can't always be there to protect her sister, you treat people as being helpless and that's exactly what they'll be, this world isn't the type of place where you can always have others defending you all the time, events and actions will happen where the person meant to protect someone can't be there and as I said before, if the person needing protecting doesn't know how to defend themselves, they won't last very long.” His words may have sounded harsh, but he knew they were true nonetheless and if she was going to fight him over words, he would defend himself if need be. He wouldn't push the issue, no need to get their group upset after having fought basically a small army and a living tank, though that didn't mean he would just hold back his thoughts, he wasn't built like that. He wasn't trying to tell her what to do, just give his opinion on the matter, he knew how easy it would be to die in the wastes, it nearly happened to him, from lack of supplies and recently when the town was attacked. He glanced at Eden once more, “Look, I apologize if it seemed I was telling you what to do, just trying to warn you is all, world needs good people like you to help balance out the negativity and bleakness.” He lightly smiled to them, still trying remain friendly with them.
