XiĆ³ng stands a whole head and shoulders taller than his master, nearly six foot seven in total. Due to his recent training he has dropped his old armor, finding it carried the negative memories and disquiet with them, instead he dresses in little else than loose pants and wraps for his his hands/feet. His time in the bandit arenas have given him quite a few scars, some nasty and some small. The biggest is a ragged line running across his chest. Apprentice to Master... Po Fighting Style Xiong follows his masters improvised kung-fu as much as he can but he can fall back on the brutal fighting style of the bandit arenas. The moves are made to put down opponents painfully and spectacularly, breaks, grabs, and throws are a mainstay. Finally, when truly enraged, Xiong can go into a berserk state. His strikes can shatter bones and blows seem to bounce off harmlessly no matter the strength. History Xiong is a stranger in this land, despite it being all he knows. As a child he lived in a place far to the north, barren wasteland of frost and snow, and all was content in the world. Then came the raiders from the south, a cruel and terrible group of people who pillaged Xiong's home. From that moment he was taken as a slave, too young to fight and too scared to resist. Everything that belonged to him was stolen, even his true name. Xiong grew up in the "mercy" of bandits and slavers, passed around on the whims of masters as an exotic pet for years until he was bought by The Ironclad, master of arenas. At the age of sixteen he was thrust into his first fight and he lost spectacularly, failure would not be tolerated. From then on out Xiong fought, he won some, lost others. But through this he hardened himself and endured. For six years he rotted in that cesspool, hope a distant memory, than came the warriors. The Dragon Warrior and the Furious Five swept into the arena and began to dismantle the den, defeating The Ironclad's enforcers and eventually the Ironclad himself. In the end the arena was in ruins, the warriors assault razing it to the foundations. Then Xiong met Master Po, the Dragon Warrior. To this day Xiong doesn't fully understand why he chose to put him under his tutelage, and to be completely honest Xiong doesn't really care, in the brief time Xiong has known his master his life has taken twelve hundred steps for the better. Weakness While powerful, going berserk throws away much of his defense and leaves him very exposed to an experienced warrior. Beyond this his chi flow is very unstable and he suffers greatly from a lack of inner peace, easily falling to dark thoughts despite his efforts. Misc Despite his hardships Xiong tries immensely hard to distance himself form that life and is generally not "Edgy the Character".
