[@Fabulous Knight] I'm not entirely in agreement with you. While yes, Persephone's kidnapping triggered seasons and stuff like that, we gotta look at it from a more practical stand point. If there is already life but no seasons I can garantue you that it will get screwed over very fast (Imagine plants, they completely depend on seasons to flourish or wither and die). We made the 'Grand Design' so there was a plan and rules to abide to. Ancient greeks didn't know these laws so in their legends they don't have to give a crap about physics.
