Valiss' eyes caught Alex as she entered the fold. Her words that identified herself as a biotic almost made the asari smirk. She was glad there were others with biotic talent onboard the ship. There was the other asari of course, but a human was more interesting in the biotic regard. Her race naturally were all natural born biotics, not all humans were. It must have been different for them within their own race's society. "Asari commando skills. Biotics, firearms, martial arts. Nothing really that useful outside of killing, sadly." Valiss said to Duuka, a smirk on her pretty face as she spoke. Valiss felt as the Borealis launched itself through the mass relay, indicating they were on schedule for Omega. She excused herself from the conversation, then moved out of the kitchen area, leaving the others behind as she wandered away. She hadn't decided what exactly she was going to do there, the other crewmen seemed to be using it as a place to fetch supplies. Maybe she would do more of the same. One thing was for certain, she was going to visit Afterlife. As the pilot indicated over the intercom that they had successfully docked, Valiss stood at her storage locker. Slowly but with certainty she pulled out each of her weapons, with a quick glance at each one to insure they looked up to shape she slid them on the typical places on her armor. A blue hand grasped her helmet and clipped it to herself. The ex commando took a step away from the locker, certain that she was ready to deal with the vicious space station. Her eyes caught sight of the interior of Omega as she walked. It almost reminded her of home, cramped full of people, though the station was much more of a mixing pot then the asari homeworld. Instead of nearly no crime, there seemed to be nothing but crime here. She would need to return home sometime, see how her mother was holding up. Valiss reached the hangar and leaned up against the wall next to Alex, giving a nod to the helmeted human.
