[@Rex] Nice Fox Faunus. :P (Wasn't intending on being the same. I've had these characters for quite some time now. Also, I used the format you had on the Int. Check before it changed, hope that's ok.)
Age: 17 Gender: Male Race: Faunus; Fox Weapon Name:
Weapon Appearance: His weapon is a black round shield. It has a forest green Shield Knot on it, displaying his Emblem. Weapon Type: Transformable Weapon Range: Short; Medium Weapon Transformations: Version 1: In its first form, Svalinn will have blunt edges. This is the form that Oliver carries it in. Version 2: In its second form, Svalinn’s edges will shift into a bladed form. Version 3: Not really a transformation, but he will sometimes throw his shield, although this leaves him momentarily defenseless, since he has to actually retrieve it.

After years of being tormented for his Faunus heritage, Oliver has developed a calm exterior. He doesn’t open up to many people. He has a strong sense of leadership and responsibility, almost to a fault. Whenever anything goes wrong, he blames himself. In his mind, it pushes him to do the absolute best he can do. In reality, it often ends in him feeling anxious and nervous.

Oliver grew up in a small village outside of Mistral. He lived with his mother and father as a single child. The village consisted of roughly 50 others, most of which were elderly. There were only three Huntsmen stationed there, one of which was his mother. His father was a farmer, as well as a hunter (In the traditional sense). The hunters had been out for several weeks scouting a migrating herd of elk. They had sent two of the hunters with them, in order to fend off any Grimm that might attack the hunting party. This left the village with only one true Huntsman, Oliver’s mother. She was a very talented Huntress, graduating in one of the top teams at Haven Academy. But, one Huntsman wasn’t enough to defend a village this remote. The Grimm were coming in full force. Wave after wave, the village was slowly overwhelmed. Oliver’s mother fought endlessly, but it was all for nought. The Grimm outnumbered her 20 to 1. In what seemed to be her last moments, she was pinned down by a Nevermore. The giant bird pulled its head back in preparation for its final attack, and in that moment, Oliver knew he had to do something. He couldn’t watch his mother die. But what was an 8-year-old kid supposed to do? Something clicked inside of him. As the bird’s beak nearly hit it’s mark, it bounced. A green Aura shield had appeared just in time to protect his mother from certain death. His mother, already coming to terms with her fate, was shocked. Oliver’s young Aura couldn’t maintain the Aura Bond for very long, though, and it faded. As much as he had tried, he wasn’t able to save his mother. Most of the village had been evacuated, but Oliver stayed behind to help his mother, if he could. He realized how stupid that was, now. She had doomed herself the minute she let her two other companions leave. Oliver fled to Mistral, where he was put into an orphanage. The next five years were spent alone, trying to hide from the bullies that plagued his very home. Oliver wasn’t able to fit in with the other kids. He was a Faunus. Most of his life, it never came into play. His home village had been accepting of the Faunus, as most of them were Faunus. At night, Oliver sought comfort in the courtyard of the orphanage. There, he trained. He knew what he was going to do with his life. He wasn’t going to let any other kid lose their parents the way he did. He personally witnessed just what the Grimm were capable of, and if he could help, then he would. Oliver attended Sanctum Academy at the age of 13. There, he became highly proficient in melee combat, using only a shield. He developed his style of defensively observing, and waiting until his opponent was vulnerable. It worked for him. After graduating as one of the top fighters, although not academically, Oliver applied at Beacon.

His semblance is called Aura Bond. He is able to bond his Aura with another’s, allowing him to share his pool of Aura with them. He must have line of sight of his target, and can only bond with one person at a time. The bond can last either until his Aura is drained, or he breaks the bond. It is a constant, but slight drain on his Aura.

The Shield Knot symbolizes protection. Also imagine black fox ears. And no cape. (No capes!) (Credit to Vynthallas on DeviantArt. Not my art. I wish it was, though. Dude's good.)
Not addressed in picture: Oliver is about 6’ 2” (188~ cm), and weighs around 185 lbs (84~ kg). His shield has a strap on his back that it hooks onto when not in use. He has a scar on his left side from a Beowolf attack when he was little.

Age:17 Gender: Female Race: Human Weapon name:
Weapon Appearance: Gandiva’s first form is a recurve bow. It is in appearance image below. Weapon Type: Transformable; Dust compatible Weapon Range: Short; Long Weapon Transformations: Version 1: The main form of Gandiva is a recurve. Her arrows consist of bludgeon tips and broadheads. She also carries explosive Fire Dust-tipped arrowheads. The limbs are bladed, making a semi-effective melee weapon as well. Version 2: The bow splits into two, forming dual shortswords.

Nimra is very kind and friendly. She takes after her father, who would go out of his way to help others, even at his expense. She isn’t the best when it comes to humor; it often goes over her head (‘Cause she’s so short! Hah! Sorry. I just had to make the joke). Nimra can be self-conscious at times, especially around guys. She puts up a more extroverted façade to cover for this. She is light-hearted and care-free, most of the time. But, she can be serious if the situation calls for it.

Nimra grew up in Vale with her father. He lived as a merchant, often selling various animal-related goods that he would gather himself. He would go out into the forests, and bring back several kills, which he would then prepare for purchase. They lived a modest life, but it was one Nimra could get used to. Sometimes her father would take her out on his hunts, but most of the time she was supposed to stay and go to school. While at school, Nimra met possibly her best friend, Onyx. They got along great, and would often go out into the forest and play Huntsmen, or pretend to fight each other. They made flimsy practice weapons out of branches they could scavenge off the forest ground. One day, they had ventured out too far into the woods. A pack of Ursai had been stalking them for quite some time. When they were far enough from the woods, they attacked. The two kids ran for their lives. Nimra was faster than Onyx, which meant that Onyx was closer to the Grimm. The Grimm quickly caught up to him. Nimra didn’t look back. Fueled by her loss, she felt her feet leave the ground. One moment she was running, and the next, she was watching the Ursai run from above. her semblance had activated. The Ursai ran into a group of Hunstmen, who had apparently been scouting out the very Ursai pack that attacked her. Nimra ran back to Onyx, only to find the Huntsmen already picking up his mutilated body. In disbelief, Nimra went back home. If it weren’t for the Huntsmen, Nimra would have joined Onyx. Over the next several years, Nimra trained at Signal Academy. She wanted to be a Huntress. She wanted to save the little kids that foolishly wandered into the forest. She wanted to make the world a safer place. After attending and graduating Signal, she was accepted into Beacon.

Nimra’s Semblance is a Shadow Teleport. She is able to teleport to any place within line of sight. Her destination is marked by a shadowy apparition. The further her destination is, the longer it takes to teleport. It is also a much larger drain on her Aura; the drain increasing exponentially as the distance increases. This caps her at about 100 feet. (Any teleport less than 15 feet is near instant, but after that, I’m not sure what the time would be, but maybe like 50% of the time it would take to run to the destination.)

The Deer Track symbolizes safety. (Also fits because she's also a hunter in the traditional sense)

She has no bird. Also the bow in her picture is kinda lame, so I went to find a different one. (Credit to Milyknight on Deviantart for her picture, and no clue who the original was for the bow. Oh well.)
Not addressed in picture: Nimra is about 5’ 2” (157~ cm), a little short. She weighs around 115 lbs (52 kg). She wears a small purple cape around her waist that bears her Emblem on it.
