[@thewizardguy][@Teoinsanity][@supertinyking] A strange feeling suddenly made itself apparent from further down the cavern in the darkness. It was not a sound, not a light, nor even a vibration that slowly drew their three heads, but a sensation much akin to walking by something with a strong static charge. The feeling was so clear, it could be physically pin pointed in 3D. It was like you could look right at it, hovering inexplicably about 30 meters away, yet nothing could be seen. Finally, an answer came to the question that had silenced the room; it was a portal opening. Warm air flowed outward in a gentle breeze, carrying with it a faint coating of sulfer. This portal had come from nowhere good. The clop of what sounded like large metal feet stepped onto the rock, followed by the scampering pitter patter of hundreds of additional little feet which quickly spread out in all directions, sticking to the shadows. A few hushed snickers sounded from the sudden swarm of unseen minions, as big, blaring orange eyes suddenly popped into view. Spikes and skulls adorned its armor, chains hung from its limbs, and a giant bloodstained cleaver waited patiently in its left hand. The monster spoke harsh words in a language they had never heard before, then appeared to notice Eclipse. Promptly, it chose the one holding the angel's sword as its first target. With a laugh that sounded more like a dragon's roar, it began to charge at Kisaki. The several scores of goblins it had brought with it also charged, slicing with their crude weapons and biting with their sharklike teeth. A wave of fear and despair from the demonknight's emotional manipulation struck everyone before he did, yet a flash from the sword seemed to break the spell, allowing everyone full control of their own minds. Boulders shattered in the wake of the charging armored behemoth as he clipped them with his legs and shoulders. The goblins were going to eat and devour everyone, but the devil knight was going to crush Kisaki to chum. No mere mortal could possibly have been equipped to handle this. It looked like the end had come.
