Yo, Fallenreaper - it's been a while since Apocalyptica, ain't it? Anyway, I'd probably say Iosif would get involved in something like Formula 1 or NASCAR racing, or even sailing. Something that'd appeal to his preference for being behind the controls and getting out there.
