I'd also like to point out that I am not saying you have to write as much detail as [@DLL] does. I am however saying that you need to write enough detail that [@DLL] can plausibly form a response without having to ask you questions and without leaving him the opportunity to form conclusions for himself.

This is not a T1 issue it is a manners issue. And it's one that can be corrected with a few quick word insertions.
