Eh, I honestly think he'd rather build something himself. Kind as a "this is mine" type of thing. That just seems very arrogant and... Lex-y.

That could work too. Maybe as a separate building though so he can keep the more nosy members of the League from snooping around too much. Or just to keep his two jobs separate.
