[@rechonq] Wait... what... 1467!? It hadn't really occurred to Ricardo that Grey could be from another time. Britain, he could understand, but not hundreds of years in the past. But the more Ricardo thought about it, it did make sense. His accent wasn't just English; it had a more traditional quality to it. And the guy did seem awfully impressed at the slightest of things such as clothing. Ricardo stuttered his response, trying not to sound to shaken up. "Um- I'm from a place called the United States of America. If I'm right, Britain doesn't discover our land for a few hundred more years, then you colonize the land and eventually the colonists fight to make themselves an independent country. And um- I'm from the year 2015." It felt strange, giving a history lesson. Ricardo never did too well in that subject. Just as Ricardo finished his thoughts, the Ancient India neighborhood opened up to reveal the edge of the city. Just one block ahead the buildings framed the curious sight of a distant sky that slowly faded into darkness. It was beautiful and scary at the same time.
