Vladimir smiles...well his lips twitch in what could pass for a smile. He pushes off the wall and walks up to her. "No this isn't classy..but it is a good place to talk" His head tilts as he walks around the two women. "Since Im sure thats what you want more then going someplace classy" He stops in front of them and crosses his arms. "So...what were you sent to find out" It would seem he's the one breaking first, his curiosity overcoming him. He tilts his head a bit studying them. "Then again if you want to continue our little game...I can take you somewhere" In the metaphorical game of chess...he just put his most important piece right in the center of the board. 

He just gave the women two choices. To go ahead and talk to him...or to keep playing the game of trying to bait him. The third would be to try to kill him...but that would be less favorable to them. With how the two looked he figures they will either talk to him or attempt to kill him. The latter of which would be quite interesting but ever so time wasting. Hi expression is of someone who knows they hold all the cards and know how to play them. A person who knows they are being played, but knows how to work it in their favor. Sometimes it paid to have the background he has.
