Bio: Ivolgin was born in Russia during the time of the Soviet Union. Always a quiet child, Ivolgin knew that in order to be listened to, it had to mean something when you spoke, and he has continued to serve by that mantra. Ivolgin became involved in organized crime at a young age, serving as an enforcer and soldier. Ivolgin quickly became known as someone who got jobs done, and established quite a few connections in the corrupt Soviet regime through bribery, threatening, and extortion. A rich man, Ivolgin came under intense scrutiny by the few who still believed in Marxist politics, but he rarely met those folk more than once, and they met few others after Ivolgin. After the Berlin Wall fell and the new Russian Federation was formed, Ivolgin found himself with few contacts, and a now powerful police force gunning for his arrest, using what remained of his contacts, Ivolgin fled to America, quickly taking over the city's chapter of the mob, establishing himself as a powerful force. Ivolgin has multiple gangs that he gives work to, aids financially, and attempts to absorb into his group, and the Gang is one of these pet projects of his.

Personality: Ivolgin is quiet and brooding, and he is always thinking and observing, a common saying amongst his underlings is that Ivolgin knows more about you than you do yourself. When angered, Ivolgin is still quiet, but as if it was carried on the air, his anger is still noticeable. Ivolgin hates betrayal and values loyalty above all else, which has cost him, as loyal folk are not always the most capable. Imposing and near silent, Ivolgin is still an affectionate friend, and enjoys the company of those he trusts, and has a very dry sense of humor.
