Nathan got out of the shower and was figuring out what to wear. He had a towel wrapped around his waist as he walked over to his closet. He ended up deciding to wear basic blue jeans with a white shirt and a red flannel. "It is just James after all," he chuckled to himself. The thought of James reminded Nathan that he should check his phone for a reply. "I honestly don't know. I've never expected to get this far, good thing I wasn't asking you out on a date or I'd really be in trouble. XD" It made sense that James wouldn't have an idea of where to hang out. He probably hasn't been to places outside of the diner, his home, and the university in like forever. Nathan tried to think of a good place to hang out. He wasn't in the mood for pizza or Italian again. He didn't want to go to the amusement park where he worked, mainly because he did work there. James probably wouldn't like the idea of going to a strip club... though maybe he should ask just in case... Nah... Better not. They could catch a movie, but Nathan wasn't feeling it and nothing good was on that he hadn't already seen yet. Maybe it would be best for Nathan to just meet up with James and figure it out from there. "Please. I'm pretty much the closest thing you got to a girlfriend, so you better treat me right. :P Let's just meet in the heart of town, in front of the mall. We'll figure it out from there," Nathan texted back. Then he realized that they haven't established a time yet. "What time?" he added. As he waited for his friend to reply so they can continue to make plans, he decided to do homework of all things. He figured if James wanted to go right now, he could easily stop doing homework and if James was going set a later time, then at least he'll be productive until then. He opened up his English textbook and flipped to page 105. He groaned at the sight of the title. It wasn't even an actual story this time. It was an article about Ernest Hemingway, who was a cool dude but still. He was beginning to hope that James was free right now so he could have a more valid reason to ditch reading it.
