[@King Tai][@Allie] Cadence grinned as Kaira questioned what nefarious deeds Cadence had planned. She pushed and turned so her back was on the bar and she was facing the dancing crowd. Her head cocked to the side and her eyes glazed over. She heard the crazy laughter and flirtatious giggles. Normal. She blinked and with a quick scan she took in the crowd. Those who were not dancing were drinking and vice versa. She started to sing softly to herself as her scan drifted over the outlier. This club was her world. All Caper's clubs were her world. She had died and been reborn in the filth of the drugged and the escapists. It was always easy to spot those who did not belong. "One of these things is not like the other. One of these things just doesn't belong." She smiled and waved to a girl dancing and waving a bottle in the air. The girl waved back Cadence smiled to her. She was normal. She was greeting a friend. She did not hear sirens. The walls were not bleeding. Not yet. "C'mon." Cadence smiled as though nothing was wrong. She reached out and grabbed Kaira's hand. "Wanna dance? Find a couple studs? Trash a hotel? I mean honestly, when was the last time you did something with your eternity?" Cadence's expression was dopey and careless and she nudged her shoulder on Kaira's, all the while her back burned with the stranger behind her.
