[@21308] I can tell you that therapy is worth doing just to kind of get stuff off your chest but I know it is weird talking to a stranger and sometimes they tell you to try things you are already trying. As for pills, I suggest only taking them if you truly feel that you need them or can't handle it alone. I took some anxiety pills when everything got to be too much. I only had to take two for two days and it gave me what I needed to center myself and get control. Didn't take more after that.
