Post Synopsis for the sake of reader clarity: The Admin building a large, concrete office building that consists of three floors. Large windows take up much of each side, with no apparent activity on the two lower floors. The third floor however, seem to be occupied and light can be seen. There is only one door in or out, and It is guarded by four Pirates. There is another walking around the building as a patrol. 

There is evidence of drinking among the pirates, meaning they might not be in tiptop shape. Two more pirates are keeping a very lax watch of the perimiter.
