HAH! yes they can. Though don't have your character say that to Sirina.  She would be a bit upset if someone called her crippled because she feels like its a bit dergatory.  She doesn't like the word 'handicapped' or 'handicapable' either.  She just kind of prefers no one calls her anything but her name XD
