@Rethel34 Hey, do you mind of Lucas steps in the help Kaze?

Also; what is the ratio for roleplaying over dtats? I mean, if we use moves in ways that don't exactly fit the game, say, smashing the skylights and then using Raindance to change the playing field, or Ice Beam to create a slip and slide instead of a direct hit, can it count?

Seems completely legit to me - use stats if you're directly hitting someone to give a sense of strength and durability, but don't feel at all restricted by them. Koffing's a pretty slow Pokémon in theory, but I had one rocketing around on trails of gas and dodging hits by firing gas from the vents on the side of its body, so there's plenty of room to play it by ear as long as you're not trying to outright punch harder than you're supposed to.

Same here, if Rebeca feels she needs a boost she is not at all afraid of using her Earth Power as a launch system. I would also say, don't think that you're limited to your moves to attack people. Rebeca doesn't know any throwing moves, but I don't think that would stop her from picking up a Golem and slamming him down on his back :)

To phrase it differently, using the official stats doesn't remove your options - it helps define the effects of your decisions.

Using your moves creatively is totally allowed and might give you a bonus if it seems particularly clever and effective to the task at hand. For example, I gave Rebeca's Earth Power a few bonus HP because she mentioned the steam.

@Rethel34 I left two foes, since the trainer holding you is down. And I shredded a Gougeist.

But yes. Weather Ball to open up ze skylights, Rain Dance to bring the THUNDA, and blatant abuse of Judo and Ice Beam to outmaneuver these clowns.

Yay, got a post up! Two in one week. Haven't done that in a while. Feels kind of nice, and Kaze is now unconscious, but no one has actually hurt him.

I guess, if she wants to, but she doesn't seem to be the rainbows type...

Sorry guys, but I don't think I can get a post up before Friday evening. Working twelve hours a day makes it a little hard to manage thirty or so characters fighting.

@Zanavy Since it's going to be a while since you do your post, is it alright if I continue my bit? I think I'm going to have that Gourgeist return, and then continue on to a short battle with the trainer himself. Is there anything in particular that you would like me to NOT do in that situation?
