I made my screen name Nyu Nyu just to make that joke. Nyu all better appreciate it, okay?

Anyuway, I am Nyu Nyu. I like Air Bud (nyu know, like the dog?) and... Ugh, this whole 'nyu' gimmick is hard to keep up with.

Okay, I like anime, gaming, journaling, roleplaying, and the list could go on since I have a lot of hobbies or what I'd like to call "ambivert hobbies" since I can be extroverted and introverted at times (mostly, the latter).

Speaking of roleplaying, I like almost anything and my favorite type to write about are either action (with sci-fi being a sub-category as well as horror) and slice of life (clean romance, too); I've been roleplaying for many moons.

Git gud, nyu.

@Nyu Nyu Welcome to the guild Nyu Nyu! I hope you find a good story to write soon, we've got plenty going on, and of course you're welcome to start your own RP if nothing here quite fills your niche. :) I look forward to seeing you on the boards.

@Nyu Nyu Thank you very much. It's a book cover that I discovered in gif format that I just loved. Still to read the book though... It's on my to-do list!

Wow! What book is it?

I haven't read a book in a long time with The Fault in Our Stars being the last one I read. x]

@Nyu Nyu It's a trilogy called Mystic City by Theo Lawrence. Here's a link if you wanna see if it's your kind of book. :)

Thank you! I read the summary just now and it's pretty interesting! I really like love triangles and I've never heard of a book like that. It's pretty unique, I hope I can find it at my library soon.

Lol, why thank you so much!

To be honest, I don't know where my avatar is from. I'm thinking Lucky Star? I just picked it out because that's definitely what I do when I have music on.

That would be really nice! I hope it's a good read and if you have any other book recommendations, please let me know.

I've only read The Hunger Games series, The Fault in Our Stars, the first Twilight book, and that's about it...

You may enjoy the Furies of Calderon or Dresden Files series, both written by Jim Butcher. My avatar is the main character for the second series. I also recommend the Kiesha'ra series by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. Then there's the King Killer Chronicles, by Patrick Rothfuss; but those are heavy reads and might not be as interesting to you. Still great books if you bring yourself to open the cover and take a plunge.

I tried the reply back to you but the site went down! I thought it was just me but it turns out it happened to everyone too. Something like "Internal Service Error".

Thank you for more book recommendations! I'm open to almost anything. If they are huge reads, I'll leave them for breaks and vacations because I always have homework and upcoming tests.

@Nyu Nyu Okay, only the King Killer has long books, and it isn't all published yet, the third book has yet to be published. Also, my pleasure, reading is my favorite hobby, though like you I have very little time lately to indulge in it. :'(
