So my character needs to be affiliated with Jedi or Sith? What if he's neither but chose to help the Jedi rescuers as a favour to one of the Jedi he befriended in the past (or maybe saved his life)?

Personally, I want to write about a character at a crossroad and have his affiliation be something that's born out of the story organically rather than a part of his backstory. If that won't work, then I'll think of something else.

I'm kind of dying to join an active RP so I'm willing to be flexible :P ...The other ones I've joined have stalled for one reason or another :(
