Vincent D'Onofrio every single time. I can understand the appeal of Michael Duncan Clarke's Kingpin but I think when you hold it up to D'Onofrio's Kingpin there's a pretty clear lack of nuance there. He's like a caricature of Kingpin whereas Netflix Kingpin is almost believable. His desire to transform Hell's Kitchen into a better place leads him to commit terrible crimes that are (at least in his mind) both necessary and justifiable. Plus his relationship with Vanessa is amazing.
