Fleshing out the rules some more along with Neptune's backstory. Might give the armor a camouflage feature, not pure invisibility or anything like that, just something for night time missions like in Young Justice.

[@Lasrever]I didn't bother asking before but now I think I need to just to clarify. What war were you talking about that you were the only survivor cause there were very few instances where a Stream user was allowed to lead anything.
