[@Mardox] I've looked your sheet over and thus far I'm only seeing one major flaw and one minor one. Let's discuss these. A few things do come to mind that I'd like to clarify: MINOR: One thing I'd consider is looking up Irish names and names from Irish mythology. Germanic names would work as well. You don't need to use one, and in fact I typically take a real world name and then twist it to suit my needs. If you want to keep the name Netrajj, I'm NOT gonna judge ya, but I figured I'd mention this since the name strikes me as the least fitting of the setting compared to all the other names. Again: you can keep using it. If you want examples of Irish names, check out this link. This website is a really awesome tool in general. MAJOR: One thing that concerns me is this part of your Personality section:
His view is that peace is desirable but not always possible, it should be noted that for him "the skulls of my foes are all crushed" counts as peace. Along with loyalty and binding oaths, Netrajj values order greatly. This is to the point where his approach to punishing true criminals boils down to "make it public, cruel and creative to the point where anyone who dreams of committing a crime suddenly has traumatic flashbacks of the last fool who tried that".
So, something to make clear: Urlandi don't typically go in with the goal of wiping out another clan in its entirety. All Urlandi can claim to be descendants of the same people, and it doesn't take much for someone of another clan to join yours and become family. Indeed, there's a reason a goddess of mercy is one of the twelve gods worshiped by the Urlandi. If one clan wants to murder the entirety of another, that's what we call a blood feud, and there's some bad juju involved in that. Basically, crushing the skulls of all your foes isn't what your goal is when you fight other Urlandi. Keep that in mind. It's much more possible that you would try to force them away from their land or try to beat them into joining your clan (or tribe if you have a tribe). Concerning the sort of public display you talked about for punishing? That's needless cruelty, and that's DEFINITELY not something Urlandi approve of. Torture is awful to Urlandi. Kill someone or banish them. Making a mockery of them could anger the gods, the ancestors, or just make people hate you in general. You can play someone with a cruel or wicked bent, but you need to remember what sort of society you live in. Outright torturing people / making shameful displays with their bodies would remind people of the bad kings of the past, and you'd be taken off the Council or even banished right quick. Given the above information, I'd suggest you take a moment to consider changing the personality section slightly. Note: your character can still have that love of order tinged with cruelty. Just remember there are limits imposed on what you can do to people. With that in mind, make your edits and tell me when you're ready for me to look at the sheet again. Otherwise, this looks really good. I love your take on Camvor, and I love your goals (personal and clan). Your character is paranoid and dedicated to his vengeance and extremely driven. It's a good application. It's not accepted just yet, but it's a good application.
