Hah, no wonder the character seemed familiar, I actually own the game. Guess she's hard to recognize without the hat.

It's kind of funny. In terms of appearance I tend to think of Sand as Bullet from Blazblue with a different hairstyle, a more modest cleavage, and pants. The same thing could be said for Ramlethal now that I think about it.
