MG42 wasn't around until ... er, 1942! but the trusty [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MG_34]MG34[/url] is readily available. Mounted on a half track, or used on foot as part of a Panzergrenadier squad - s'all cool. 

Point is, the company is pretty flexible and offers multiple roles to suit your requirements and preferences.
