[@PKMNB0Y]: Basically, Double is Shotaro and Philip. They both put drivers on, and Philip uses the Cyclone Memory, Shotaro using the Joker Memory. When they transform, Philip's consciousness leaves his body, leaving his body effectively comatose, and enters Shotaro's, thereby having them both inhabit the same body while they're Kamen Rider Double.
