Frank is a foul-mouthed, unfriendly, bad-tempered, and generally unpleasant person to be around. He is arguably the filthiest man of his world. It's not known if there exists a filthier man in the entirety of the Multiverse, but it's hard to imagine anyone filthier than Frank himself. It is possible that Frank is racist, as he does not "like people's skin darker than mine, and people who pray to shrines. 'Cause they're dirty, they walk around barefoot, and they have no vaccine's." Frank is well known to abuse and mistreat his companions, showing little, if any remorse or concern on most occasions. 
[b]History:[/b]
Frank was previously known as G. Miller. He was previous part of The Tempura Boys, a three member team of heroes from Japan, but all of that changed when he discovered Chin-Chin and the Local Azerbaijani Radio., whereas he was transformed into an acne-ridden, bad-tempered Asian. He became a worshipper of the man who took away his life for unknown reasons. Frank lives his life as his days go by, ignoring all the insane bullshit that happens around him.

Frank's current residence is the Nairobi Desert. He is also able to teleport to other Realms in his and other universes, via his closet. But, when he exits the closet, he shows surprise or uncertainty, so the teleportation system may be random.
[b]Abilities:[/b]
Realm Travelling - Frank is able to travel across realms of other universes via his closet. 

Filthiness - He even has it in his own name! Frank has done many disgusting and abnormal things that the normal human would vomit or suffer a mental break down from.

Decent Fighting Ability - Frank has shown that he is able to hold his own on more than one occasions, such as fighting off an anime horde, and defeating the rapper PolitikZ. Frank's main weapon is his handgun.

Hallucination Inducement - As shown in frankisode "What Not To Say In Class", Filthy Frank has the ability to make people see disturbing images by giving a rather "unique" look, either in person or over a video; also, each image is shown with a purplish filter-like tint.
