"If you need a boost, I am not against helping" the large man said to the girl on her toes, though he was not looking to her. He was busy scanning the room. His face seemed to have changed. No longer a blissful grin, but a stern glare that looked a bit to wise. He may have found something, or not. Regardless it wouldn't matter. He wouldn't tell. The troubling news to him was that they already knew who he was. His stave, his magic, his physical enhancements, it felt like he was being probed.
"It seems your friend isn't here. Now what?"
