Cedric is a first generation Combat ready Cybernetic Prototype Developed by WTC Development. Almost all of Cedric has been replaced to become the soldier his is today, but as a prototype his features are limited and not always the most accurate.
Human Features: CNS and PNS are still bio-organic; this is what makes him a cyborg and not a robot, and allows him to operate the suit with such ease.
Cyborg Features:The model Cedric now uses as a body is called the Brier Mrk 1 or Brier Prototype. It is a light weight but extremely durable metal based alloy that acts a lot like light body armor and comes equipped with the following features.
Pros +Optical Receiver/Recorder with Normal, Thermal and Night vision, and x4, x8 optical zoom.
+Area motion tracker with a 3 meter range of 360 degrees, but can’t track through solid objects.
+Radio Network send and receiving.
+Internal Crash Case SSD used to store data during operation with a three day battery backup.
+Various data ports for quick access on underside of his left forearm concealed by small plate flip cover.
+Attached frontal SSD used for more careful analyses of data and transmission.
Cons -Forearm data ports transmit data straight to the Internal SSD where is cannot be transmitted or accessed until moved to a different Data Drive
-Operation battery used to power the suit with a six week up time, under normal/combat use before needing recharged.
-The armor may be light weight and agile while in use, but the reality is that the suit weighs in at approx. 340 lb.
-Can only last around 10 minutes when fully submerged before starting to overheat.
-Does not have the full range of motion that implants or normal people do. It can achieve a low crouch or kneel, but is not able to curl into the fettle position.
-Even with his Cybernetic body Cedric’s human half still needs to rest for certain amounts of time. He can go for stretches of 60 hours, but must rest for at least 10 hours after that. On a more regular cycle he can be up for 20 hours and rest for 8-10 depending on what he has done.
Skills:
Cedric is highly knowledgeable in the area of computers and information systems, and has a good amount of stealth experience under his belt. With the military training Cedric has and the small amount of Special Service experience he is a formidable combatant in both armed and unarmed fights. His suit makes hand to hand combat almost always in his favor, unless going against a very agile opponent, and will most likely use more of an MMA/boxing style. Fairly early in his carrier in the Military/Spec-Ops Cedric learned information and security systems very quickly becoming a lead in said division. His time was pretty evenly split between desk work and field ops as he was useful when infiltrating secure facilities, bypassing cameras, and retrieving data without raising alarms.
Pre-Team Bio:
WIP
Personality:
In contrast to his metallic body and military background, Cedric is more of a down to earth person with an annoyingly persistent sense of humor. This humor is more of a coping mechanism from the trauma he went through while becoming the Brier Mrk1. He is able to tell the right and wrong times for his unnatural behaviors, but can’t seem to help but appear relaxed in most tense situations. This could be just him wanting to defuse his naturally intimidating physique, or maybe his confidence in his new body.
