Peri sighed from where she was sat cross-legged on the ground. She really wasn't the type to sit around and wait while someone jimmied open a lock or slowly pried bricks out of a wall.

"Come on, this is taking too long."

Then a metaphorical lightbulb flicked on in her brain. Pushing herself to her feet, she fumbled around in her bag for something and whispered an incantation under her breath, forming a fireball around the tip of her staff.

"Stand back. This is going to get loud."
