Born into 2048 in the urban sprawl of New York City in UCAS to a pair of corporate R&D technician. Unfortunately for his parents were killed when a group of runners. Attacked their office killing them and destroying R&D lab along with the rest of the office. This ended up with Ottamr out onto the streets but he soon was found by German runner Tizian Rühle who was currently in New York after crossing a corp in Berlin. Taking the young ork under his wing and begin to train him to be a runner. When Ottmar got older he begin to join his adopted father on his runs. As he became older he moved to Bosten to establish himself as an independent runner. Once arriving in Boston he soon got himself involve in the mafia turf wars plaguing the city. Ottmar quickly joined up with a team of runners and went to work. After several years of working the mafia family and corporation fighting over Boston. He received a message from an old friend about a job in Germany.

Abilities: Begin a street samurai Ottmar specialize in in guns and melee weapons. He specialize to use range weapons like his FN HAR assault rifle and Ruger Super Warhawk revolver. Ottmar is also proficient in melee weapons if people get to close. In addition over the years with a cost of $300,000 he has installed EM shield Betaware quality cyberware advance cybernetics into his body. The installed cyberware is cybernetic limbs to improved movement and straighten, dermal armor that gives him protection from small calibers fire or certain melee implement, and an eye range finder to better hit targets. In addition to that he wears a Kevlar fiber trench coat that protect him from bullets but lacks in protection from stabbing implements. Over the years of being a runner Ottmar has picked up many skills. He knows how to handling explosive, basic first aid, he is skilled a mechanical repair, and can speak German.
