Checking in. Reporting in. Whatever the term. Also, have a WIP character sheet, if you will. She's quite pale, moreso than usual and has a rather frail appearance; add to that her short stature and it's no surprise why some question if Limiters are a good idea when they take girls such as her. Dizzy doesn't do much to stand out with regards to her appearance, opting for plain, practical attire though with a slight slant towards brighter colors if she can get them; fanciful clothing hardly seems to be a major issue, all things considered. Her hair, which is as black as a starless night sky, is self maintained, leading to uneven bangs and an amateurish cut in general. Speaking of hair, she parts it to the left and is never seen without a bronze hairclip in the shape of a flower that no one seems to know or remember the name of. She isn't sickly, she just looks that way and doesn't seem to understand why people assume otherwise.

Biography/background:
Dizzy was born in Zone 2 in a town that was situated in what was once known as Korea. Hers was not an enjoyable journey from her home to the Coalition protected relative safety of Japan. It started with screams of horror and panic which, to Dizzy's young ears, was not yet the norm. Her town was not as well protected as more defensive areas over in Japan and elsewhere and the town was just another light going dark on the radar. It was both fortunate and a terrible occurrence that the monster that turned her town dark was a small one; but the size didn't seem to matter as it tore through the buildings and bodies as easily as a hotknife through butter. Dizzy was one of the handful of survivors and hers came at the cost of her brother staying behind in a futile effort to save at least someone. All she could do, given her young age and naive outlook at the time, was to hide along with the survivors and hope, pray, or whatever it took for rescue. The Moonman might still be out there, Dizzy doesn't know. All she knows is the sounds of screaming, the smell of smoke and charred flesh, and the bright light that flashed just before it all went dark. After the horror that befell her town, she awoke on a military vessel swathed in blankets and huddled with the others who made it out. They had thought they were safe, that they would make it to a more secure Coalition territory unharmed. How naive they were. The boat rocked. The boat was constantly assaulted by the salty spray of the ocean. The boat was set upon by an aquatic abomination that claimed no less than four lives. Dizzy would come to learn that this was just the way of things, this was how it was to survive. She had never considered fighting back to be an option; to her, the monsters existed only outside of the walls, figments of a past she wanted to forget. But when they came to her educational facility and discovered she had tested positive for something other than mathematics...things changed. She still remembered the sights, the sounds, and the smells of her childhood...only now it seemed that she could do something about it. Or she would wind up like her brother. Either way, it was something.

Personality:
While not exactly a pessimist, Dizzy is hardly one to think that things can get better. Her beliefs almost border on the nihilistic side, though she hasn't quite yet rejected the rules of morality or indeed the rules...but her words certainly don't make matters any easier on others. Despite what her appearance might suggest, she's not soft spoken or withdrawn and she'll say what she means with little regard for tact or subtlety because what's the point in trying to gussy things up. This does make her seem rude to those meeting her for the first time, but in her mind it's just how things are and should be; she believes that they're fighting for a planet and cause that's already dead so there's no point in trying to make lemonade out of the lemons. Part of her does care, it has to, otherwise she would've not even bothered coming this far with the Limiter training, but good luck getting her to admit anything other than the simple fact that everyone is living on borrowed time.

Type:
Support

Special Ability:
Tactical Projection: Dizzy's penchant for numbers and mathematics wasn't an accident. Her Ability makes it so that she can accurately calculate and see trajectories and probabilities in the midst of battle. This in turn allows her to relay tactical information to others and even ensure that her own ranged weaponry can hit a moving target within a certain distance and at a certain speed. Hardly flashy, but hardly useless either. And it allows her to give her own unique brand of...encouragement to her fellow Limiters which is surely wonderful.

Skillset:
Math. Dizzy is especially good at math and calculations. Obviously enhanced when using her ability, but even without she is able to rattle off equations in her head, though the more elaborate ones do require the use of paper and pencil. Marksmanship is another thing she is capable in, which comes in handy seeing as how in battle her attacks come via range. She's not the most accurate all the time but she can calculate bullet drop and trajectory like no one's business.

Equipment:
Dizzy is never without her brass hairclip and frequently touches it when in need of that little extra bit of...something to stay in the heat of battle.
