As the batarian drew his gun and brought up his tech armour, Hazan charged him. With a roar he stowed his shotgun and ran straight at the enemy, lowering his shoulder in a tackle that brought both of them to the floor. With his free hand he began beating the batarian in the face, while his other reached behind him.

His talons grabbed one of the two frag grenades there and unclipped it. With it in hand he punched the enemy with it, then hauled the batarian to his feet. With hands gripping his shirt, he threw the man at the back of the truck. His face smashed against the back and as he reeled, Hazan met his back, grabbed the back of his head and slammed his face against the metal again and again and again. 

Once the batarian went limp in his arms, he let him drop. The grenade in his hand, still inert, went underneath the truck, but only after he'd depressed the trigger switch. 

With an invisible countdown timer running in his head, he hightailed it away from the vehicle yard and ran straight for the fence. A talon keyed his visor, activating channel-wide comms to the whole crew.

[color=dodgerblue]"Haze here. I got compromised. I'm setting off an explosive distraction in the vehicle yard. All teams, use it to your advantage."[/color]

And just like that the grenade went off. It detonated and blew up the truck it was under in a big burst of flame and light. He threw himself to the ground as the shockwave blew over him. The ringing in his ears continued as he hauled himself to his feet, bits of dirt and rock bouncing off his armour as he ran away. He pressed a talon to his visor while he drew his shotgun with his other. 

[color=dodgerblue]"That was it! I'm fucking out of here! Heading somewhere that isn't here!"[/color]

Saying this he ran out of the hole in the fence and headed for the main road, planning to circle round the side of the compound. Hopefully the guards would get attracted to the huge explosion. 

[color=dodgerblue]"Tonka! Think you can get the guards pinned down once they get to the vehicle yard? The road looks really empty! Could set up a cross fire or some shit there with the other guys!"[/color]

He whipped round a corner and kept away from the fence, running as fast as he could. If he was fast enough, he could most probably catch up with team Vellios. The explosion would've drawn all attention there anyway.

[color=dodgerblue]"Vellios, Kasyra, Vallis, I'm heading for you. Stay down, stay hidden. Hopefully if they see me, I can draw their attention away from your position."[/color][/indent]
