[@YourSecretWeapon] Oh, no it's just that usually the character tab is only for accepted characters. I was just wondering if you might have PM'd it to the GM and he/she accepted it. I do that on occasion when I GM things.

If not, then, people throw it up in the OOC tab to be evaluated before popping it in the other tab. ;o Just to make sure it's what the GM's looking for/there aren't any weird issues in it. I know whenever I join anything involving powers, I have to change a few things because they might be too obscure/strong/or just not a good fit—it just makes it easier on the GM.
