I frankly have no idea concerning the population of the kobold race. They mate often and with just about anyone, can eat just about anything without worry, and are small enough in statue to not take up much room meaning you can pack a great many in a small space.

So I have no idea, if anyone more number/housing/kobold savvy than I is among us I'm more than willing to receive help and admit the wisdom of others.
