But as you said, it would probably be hard for a non-Rakasha to pick up on either way.

No problem, I know I've had case where key PCs of mine had label others as say girl or boy due to the fact that's how my PC sees them because of age difference or choices/ behavior compared to theirs. Some players tend to mistake that as my PC referring to their PC as actually being that young when it's really more deeper then that. It usually ends up tying into PC development that will end up their label girl or boy will some day shift into young lady or man depending on what happens and story development. 

Angel though is one if those fun PCs that she can make herself a total fool or do something random which would be OC for most yet for some reason, it fits her rather well. I can't explain why or how but it does.
