[@ravenDivinity] that is a [i]very[/i] powerful ability, it'd be good to see some setbacks on it to be considered. I quite like the hyper cognition, I have no issues with that. The weather control is the one I'm skeptical on, as it gives you control over air, water and electricity as well as temperature. That's a lot of eggs to put in one basket. I'm not against it, but it needs to be balanced out.
