[@Eklispe] Basically they want a wall that never dies and keeps going back to the graveyard meaning the only way to get rid of it is to send it to the deck or to the hand. SO kinda broken really.
I interpret the effect like this: Specter dragon is in the graveyard. It gets banished, then returns. Now, on the next turn after that effect resolves, it gets Special Summoned to the field as long as you control no monsters and your opponent does at least one. If that is indeed the effect, I'm honestly fine with it. There's ways to get around a wall like that. (plus, you could pull the card and augment a really strong DARK recycle chaos engine. Why would you be complainin'? =P) [@Xeiyenreisha], I want you to clarify how the effect is used in your own words so we can all get a better image of the card.
Name: Reading Up Spell type: Normal Effect: Remove 3 Spell Counters from your side of the field; Draw 2 cards. You cannot add any Spell Counters to cards you control when this card resolves.
I... I think I love this card. It's dope. Accepted.
Fixed by Ammokkx. Name: Fusion Reload (so that it doesn't get confused for something that actually fuses) Spell type: Normal Effect: Reveal one Fusion Monster in your extra deck. If the specific materials listed on that card are in your graveyard, you can activate the following effect: ● Add those monsters and one Polymerization from your graveyard to your hand, if possible. Then, shuffle cards from your hand into the deck equal to the amount of cards added to your hand by this card's effect. Edit: What do you guys think about this card? Anything wrong with it?
Everyone was fine with it, so accepted.
Name: Barrier Guardian of the Drought Level: 8 Attribute: Earth Monster Type(s): Effect/Rock Effect: No monsters can be Special Summoned, except for EARTH monsters. ATK/DEF: 1000/3000
Sorry for not getting around to it earlier. Naturally, it's accepted.
