I interpret the effect like this: Specter dragon is in the graveyard. It gets banished, then returns. Now, on the next turn after that effect resolves, it gets Special Summoned to the field as long as you control no monsters and your opponent does at least one. If that is indeed the effect, I'm honestly fine with it. There's ways to get around a wall like that. (plus, you could pull the card and augment a really strong DARK recycle chaos engine. Why would you be complainin'? =P) [@Xeiyenreisha], I want you to clarify how the effect is used in your own words so we can all get a better image of the card. I... I think I love this card. It's dope. Accepted. Everyone was fine with it, so accepted. Sorry for not getting around to it earlier. Naturally, it's accepted.
Okay, basically the card is to be interpreted it's on the field in face down position since you would set a card like that. During your opponent's turn, they declare an attack and try to destroy the monster, but it's impervious to destruction through battle. So they try to remove it from play with BLS effect and that's when it becomes like Treeborn Frog. Yes I know a lot of people hated that card because it was like a cancer which just came back. If it is banished with a Monster Effect it returns to the graveyard at the End Phase. During the owner of this card's Main Phase they can Special Summon it from the graveyard provided your opponent controls a monster that has 1500 or more attack and you have an empty field. Since the card has 0/0 it has a major weakness against piercing cards like Cyber End Dragon which would be most certainly an OTK for the controller I don't see any problem with the card though certain cards could exploit its ability to return to the graveyard by using the Monster Effects of those cards to banish it. That is my main concern which is why I held off on it before I released it. That's about the easiest way to explain it.
