[b]Description:[/b] Devereaux is tall, lanky, and not especially graceful. He has a narrow, almost pinched face with a prominent nose that has earned him a number of unflattering nicknames from his detractors. He usually wears a good-natured grin that belies the care-worn wrinkles starting to show round the corners of his eyes.

[b]Personality:[/b] Devereaux has an easy-going attitude and sense of humour that some have said border on boyish. This is, unfortunately, often eclipsed in his line of work during times of stress, or when he thinks it necessary to be "stern". He's fairly impatient, though not to the point of hot-headedness, and can come down quite harshly on those who he thinks are wasting his time, especially when he's on official business.

[b]Bio:[/b] Devereaux was born to a rather unremarkable middle-class family in the Albion hive and raised there all his life. As a child he always dreamed of being a police officer and, as he is fond of telling people with a grin, it never wore off--he still dreams of being one to this day. His co-workers will agree with him in good humour; no one would describe him as brilliant, but he is well respected for his hard work and dependability. He's served as an officer of the Albion Metropolitan Police Service for nearly 10 years, and holds the rank of Constable. He is married and has two children, ages 8 and 6.
