Karen Antonius

"Yes, mornings such as this are indeed a gift from God," said Karen on her usual religious tangent. Not that she was ever proselytized in earnest around her peers, but her belief was an inescapable part of her. It was inevitable that it would influence the way she spoke. Just as she was about to take her seat, another person entered through the door. Karen recognized her before she even introduced herself. "I'm well aware, you're rather infamous among the "small" circle of pranksters in Gryffindor." By small, she meant "the consistently largest in the school centuries of history" -- of which she was considered something of a ghost member, mostly because Karen's pranks were all rather low-key and tended to be very well covered. Even being just a ghost member, however, she still had her ear to the ground about the notable troublemakers in the castle. They all tended to know each other in some way or form, so that usually gave her a head start on how to avoid their exploits. Taking her hand, Karen gave it a firm shake. "But it's nice to meet you in person, Emira. I'm Karen, sixth year Gryffindor. Let's hope to an exciting year, yeah?" Afterwards, she took a seat right next to Elliot, setting her parasol and satchel to the side. [@josephb] [@Draconequis]
