He's not really spiteful of all sorcerers (just mentalists) but Christian would like Cal a lot after learning his story. Plus the whole healing and distaste for war would get on his good side, Korb wouldn't be fighting if he didn't know what it was like working for the sorcerers first hand, hell he'd probably be a lot like Angel if he had free time and wasn't basically enslaved his whole life. He's a fan of the arts, but he doesn't exactly know much about them.
