Well, here's the thing after talking with Ariamis... You can keep the character if you want to as is. (Barring adapting the sheet, I've seen some obsolete fields). Be warned though, there's already a clone child program with stoic loony kids. We'll have to do some juggling and hope it doesn't explode in our faces. Although I'm willing to haggle to avoid the duplicity as much as possible. We could try making a clone of the same faildoll program, but well, most of them if not all blew up. ...Or streamline it a bit and make her simply a gruff child of an ace pilot. To be honest she could be a good addition with the streamlined bits. (no special program, no special powers).
Hmm...well let's see how it goes. Knowing Ariamis though, he'd probably like to suggest something for Mai. This is sort of a spoiler but not official so don't worry about this part. Though I have some idea's myself. For one, the Division Mai was from I had planned. It had a name called "Hell Six". It was supposed to be a boogyman story of sorts. The story was that any cadet's who didn't behave or kept dissrespecting their superiors were sent there as punishment. The scientist there "Caulder" (do a search for "Advance Wars: Days of Ruin" to see a picture of his namesake) was a cruel type but one that made even Lorenzo look like a cute puppy in comparison (if that's even possible -___-'). Caulder believed that human feelings only distracted pilots so he took in cadets that either were offsprings to highly skilled pilots or any he knew that could handle the extreme physical and mental demands of his division. The interesting "twist" I was thinking was that despite all this, there were never any "deaths" in his division though he only took in "six" cadets at any time. Though he had made an exception with Mai (hence her middle name "Seven") because she showed lots of potential and perhaps her special ability like her mother Maria. My idea was to sort of make him a seperate bad guy since he didn't like the direction the other divisions were going to protect humanity. Perhaps he even didn't like the "cloning" program in this case. Eh...wow I said alot here -____-'. Well anyways, just shooting ideas with what to do with Mai's past.
