Porygon, even for Team Rocket anyways, would be hard to come by, considering it is an artificially created Pokemon. And since we're going by Anime mechanics rather than Game mechanics, Game Corner, if it even existed, is severely different in the Anime than the Games.

The personality just doesn't seem to suit the Legendary either. Most of the others had some kind of personality that fit their Legendary. Yours has almost no connection whatsoever. You seemed to pretty much throw it down because you wanted to.

[@Sionnie] I've said this before, but it needs clarification again it seems. Title says [Accepting], tag says Apply. As long as those stay like that, I'll be accepting. I wanna get a good variety of trainers for this, and not just Legendary Guardians. It's good to have a cast of non-plot necessary characters too.
